I have a bunch of ad blockers installed with Safari on Mojave and ads are getting through. I'm using Safari 12.0 on Mac OS X 10.14. What has Apple done to break ad blocking? This may be the last straw.

Once you find it either in a Time Machine backup or somewhere on the web, go to Library/Safari/Extensions and paste it in there.
If you no longer have an extensions folder then just create one. The regular 'AdBlock' not Adblock Plus works great for me on 10.14 Safari 12.0. No ads in Youtube and only some non-intrusive ads elsewhere. I have crypto mining blocked as well as Malware protection enabled.
